Looking Ahead: Leadership Ranks

After First Class you move into the leadership ranks (Star, Life, Eagle). These require holding a leadership position, earning merit badges, completing service hours, and completing 3 Acts of Leadership at each rank — a Troop 30 requirement. Now is the time to start thinking about which leadership position you'd like to pursue.
