Before requesting a blue card, Scouts and their parents should link with a merit badge counselor on Scoutbook. Follow the instructions in the PDF below to get connected.

Once you've linked with a counselor on Scoutbook, complete the form below to request a virtual blue card signature. Signatures are usually completed within a week. You will see the signature in Scoutbook when it is completed.
