Before the Conference

  • If you have not already done so, please enter your 3 Acts of Leadership in the Acts of Leadership Form. These “Acts” include things such as: leading an outing, giving a presentation at a Troop meeting, leading an activity or game at a Troop meeting, or being SPL for a Court of Honor. Serving in a leadership position does NOT count as an Act of Leadership. Note: Must have been performed while a First Class Scout.
  • Confirm that you have completed your Leadership Tracker for the leadership position you are counting for rank advancement. Be prepared to talk about those leadership acts and the leadership position(s) you held while a First Class Scout.
  • Make sure that your service hours are logged in your scout handbook. Be prepared to talk about your service project hours.
  • Review the note about Life Requirement #6 on the Life Conference page
